Dale Rardin heads up the business management of the firm to ensure its continued growth and ethical business policy decisions.  He comes from a background of entrepreneurship with other family businesses in the Chattanooga area. With this background, coupled with his interest in construction and architectural development, Mr. Rardin’s primary focus is on the company’s continued development into all aspects of architectural components.

In addition to his business management responsibilities, Mr. Rardin is also in charge of the technical development of the firm, including the training and development of the architectural staff, computer technologies (IT), and technical specifications writing. His responsibilities also include overseeing and managing the quality control of the technical documents produced by the firm.
